Strongly monochromatic art has been on my todo-list for some time and it was time to address the challenge. Within a few days I finished two impressionistic paintings in this style. I haven't yet published the other one as I'm still pondering whether to add a certain element.

Both photo references I found in a Youtube video whose author hadn't identified their source material. After Google searches using photo identification and regular word combinations I was unable to find either of the photos. On the other hand, neither of my paintings is an accurate version and therefore there wouldn't even exist a copyright problem. But I would certainly like to credit someone for these fine photos, so if you identify them, please let me know!

The video I mentioned is a "fan version" of "Take Me With You", a song composed by the late Michael Kamen and sung by Liz Fraser with lyrics from the late Alan Rickman. Beautiful.
