The first one of series-to-come titled "Little Folks". They are going to be nature themed works based on my own photographs as backgrounds, the characters being fictional.

I took the reference photo of forest strawberries in Sipoonkorpi national park quite close to my home. For the female figure I found a royalty free image online of a woman playing volleyball because she fitted the pose of a forest fairy admiring the strawberry the best. I had to change the direction of the lighting and shadows correspondingly and I think they came out well. In the photo the woman was wearing a bikini, and I have yet to decide whether to leave Folks in this series nude or whether they'll have oldish clothes on, for example. Therefore, if you fancy the naturalism of this one enough to buy, now is the moment to contact me before I start making any clothing changes.
